As a chartership candidate, my work is guided by the following professional standards:

BPS Code of Ethics and Conduct
Covering core principles of respect, competence, responsibility, and integrity.
HCPC Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics
These standards apply to psychologists registered (or aiming to register) as Practitioner Psychologists in the UK, and include expectations around confidentiality, consent, and safeguarding.
BPS Practice Guidelines
I actively integrate guidance on occupational and applied psychological work from this evolving knowledge base.

Professional Pathway

Currently progressing through the Stage 2 Qualification in Occupational Psychology (QOP)
Under supervision and aligned with BPS Chartership Route.
- Working closely with Ali Brown, a HCPC-registered supervisor and assessor.
- Focus areas: ethical application of research, consultancy, training, assessment, and systematic evaluation.
- Regular submission of reflective practice, evidence portfolios, and competency mapping.

Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC): Achieved via accredited MSc.
Chartership (CPsychol): In progress through BPS Stage 2 QOP.
HCPC Practitioner Psychologist Registration: Planned post-chartership submission.

I am professionally insured via Howdens for psychological services. I operate under a confidentiality policy aligned with GDPR and ethical guidance. My work is supervised monthly to maintain reflective quality, ethical rigour, and alignment to standards.
